Q. I don’t have a massive mountain of paper, just a cabinet I’d like to get rid of, is this too small for ABC Data Entry?

A. No job is too small! We handle projects of all sizes. In fact, we believe our capabilities to be particularly suited to the special needs of small and mid sized businesses.

Q: I don’t have an Electronic Document Management system but do have a problem with paper storage. Can you help me?

A. We can supply the CD’s to you with a self contained viewer and database which you can use to view and retrieve your documents quickly and easily either on your own PC or over your company’s network.

Q: My documents are not of uniform sizes and are of poor quality. Can they still be scanned?

A. Our scanners can accommodate paper regardless of size up to 36” wide drawings and plans, black & white or color regardless of quality, age or condition.

Q: I have a regular flow of paper which needs processing quickly to free space in my office can you help?

A. Our local drivers have regular collection routes and are able to pick up any quantity at intervals which suits you.

Q: My paperwork is highly sensitive, does it have to leave my site?

A. No it doesn’t. Depending on your location, we can visit you with our scanners and capture your paperwork there.
